Behind the Scenes: Our Culture and Values Workshops While the European Football Championship recently crowned its champion, we at #WeAreMibauStema have been playing our own special game over the past few weeks—not on the field, but in workshops dedicated to our culture and values. ⚽📝 We've been working intensively to develop the best strategies for our collective success, focusing on defining and strengthening our "We Culture." Julian Nagelsmann, coach of the German men's national football team, couldn't have summed up the mission of our #CultureAndValues better in his closing press conference: Let's just do it together! 🤝 Just like a football team, our team is made up of diverse personalities. For a collective to function, everyone must find their role within the group—this is true in sports, at work, and in society. Clear communication, necessary compromises, and bold decisions are crucial for us to pursue and achieve our goals together as a team. 💯 A cultural evolution is needed, where the focus is not on individual performance but on togetherness. The "I" becomes "We." Only when we are united in our goals and convictions will our teamwork be strong and our success sustainable.
