Severe flooding has devastated eight districts in Bangladesh, including Sunamganj, Moulvibazar, and Feni, where over 350,000 people are affected. Rivers have exceeded danger levels, breaking decades-old records, and the situation is expected to worsen. At Stibo DX, our Bangladesh team is taking action. They are raising funds by donating one day's salary, and the amount will be doubled by Stibo DX. They are planning for a team of volunteers to join the rebuilding phase as it soon begins. Our Bangladesh colleagues represent an invaluable and highly appreciated part of Stibo DX, and the rest of the global employee base will follow with respect and pride as they help their neighbors rebuild after the floods! 💪

Have you ever wondered how a major news organization like The Globe and Mail transitions a critical system like their print CMS to the cloud? 🤔 The Globe and Mail made the strategic move to migrate their CUE Print system from on-premise servers to the Stibo DX Cloud. Despite concerns about things like access control and printing plant compatibility, their transition went incredibly smooth. The project took just 3 months from contract signing to go-live, with the IT team able to overcome challenges like automating PDF conversion to ensure seamless integration with printing plants. In the end, the transition was so smooth that some editors didn't even realize it had happened! Now the Globe's IT department calls it "The Model Project" due to the ease of implementation and lack of any outages or slowdowns since going live on the Stibo DX Cloud.
