PLACING A NEW PIN FOR A FIRST PORT VISIT 📍 With a stunning view of The Great Belt Bridge, we have paid our first ever visit to the Port of Korsoer (Korsør Havn) in Denmark. Our jack-up WIND is currently positioned quayside in the port after she successfully has completed several major component replacements in Danish waters. All replacements were carried out as full-service solutions with our own technicians ⚓✅ During her stay in the port, our crew has been working on various maintenance tasks and mobilisation to get her ready for her upcoming trip to the UK 🔧🔜

ZITON APPOINTS NEW COO AND CTIO As ZITON is expecting high growth in the years to come, we have decided to strengthen our organisation with some changes in our management team, to meet the requirements of the future 🚀 As new COO, we have appointed Alfred Andresen, who is currently our Head of HSEQ and ESG. Alfred comes with a good and wide experience from the maritime industry besides practical experiences as chief officer on self propelled jack-ups in both ZITON and elsewhere. Alfred will be a great asset for the management team going forward ⚓ Our former COO, Mads Albér, will focus all his energy and efforts on the future. To direct and turn his many years of experience in this industry into how we must design and develop the next generations of vessels and equipment; what is exactly needed and when. Mads will lead this effort as Chief Technology and Innovation Officer ✅ We are very excited about this new line-up and feel ready for the future! 🌟 CAN DO. WILL DO.

INTERIM FINANCIAL REPORT Q2 2024 The report for Q2 2024 shows a satisfying result for ZITON, building on the solid performance from Q1. Year to date EBITDA amounts to EUR 29.1m compared to EUR 19.8m in 2023. Following the strong performance in Q2 2024 and a strong pipeline for the remainder of the year, we have upgraded our EBITDA expectations for 2024. ZITON WISHES YOU A HAPPY SUMMER To those who are taking a well-deserved summer break, and to those who are still working both on- and offshore, we would like to wish you all a good summer 🏖☀ In Denmark, it is the season for festivals of all kinds, and last week a four-day "port party" was held in the small town of Bønnerup 🎉 ⚓ As part of the port show, participants had build a wonderful mini version of our jack-up WIND PIONEER, which according to our spectators made an excellent performance 🤩 💪 Kudos to the builders for their creativity and craftmanship 👏 ✅

CELEBRATING OUR HARD-WORKING SEAFARERS Today, on the Day of the Seafarer, we would like to take the opportunity to show our gratitude for the extraordinary efforts of our seafarers. Day in and day out, they do their utmost to make our operations run as smooth and safe as possible 🌟⚓ Working at sea is not a regular job - it is a lifestyle, and being part of a vessel crew at ZITON, is like having at second family. We take great pride in providing our seafarers with the best possible working conditions and highest safety standards making their offshore rotation convenient and pleasant ✅ Here's to all of you - Can do. WIND HAS COMPLETED HER 575th MAJOR COMPONENT REPLACEMENT Our little fine lady is still going strong and yesterday off the UK south east coast she completed her 575th major component replacement. This makes her the most experienced O&M vessel in the industry, with her first replacement in ZITON colours dating back to 2007 ⚓🔧 WIND is offshore wind's Swiss Army knife as she has performed all kinds of tasks since she - as one of the very first jack-up vessels - entered the market for the first time more than 20 years ago. She installed some of the first turbines, she has the biggest track record of major component replacements and she has decommissioned several met masts 🏅✅ We would also like to take this opportunity to send a big thank you to all crew members, technicians, customers, suppliers etc. who have been involved in her operations over the years 👏 📸 Luke Martin
