I believe that all Internationals have a right to thrive! International Spouses/Partners and International Students are still an untapped talent pool - it is time to change that!
As the owner and director of Active Action, I am proud that we support companies, organizations, municipalities, and higher education institutions in order to increase the attraction and specifically retention of highly skilled Internationals and their families. Communicating and working across cultures can be a challenge, however, with the right guidance, awareness, and communication knowledge International companies can contribute to creating productive and flourishing work environments.
Through consultancy services, specific programs, workshops, and talks we provide the tools and solutions which enable highly skilled internationals, their families, international students, employers, and their communities to find mutual understanding and experience smoother transitions.
We focus on employers, International employees, and International families in order to assist with successful relocation assignments.

About me:

I grew up in an international environment as a cross-cultural kid, I am also a re-pat, and international. I have been on the move since the age of eight. Living a multicultural life has given me the tools and skills to apply to my professional life. I believe in the power of collaboration, communication, providing value, and raising awareness. I believe in helping others and making their transitions smoother. I believe that all Internationals have a right to thrive. As a passionate speaker, podcaster, and writer I also strongly believe in showing up and speaking out. My motto has been: "If there is something that you are lacking - create it!"
