My background in general biology and plant science fuels a deep passion for sustainability and commitment to improving scientific outcomes through automation. I am enthusiastic about harnessing the power of robotics to increase throughput, reliability and repeatability of biological experiments - I believe that biology and biotechnology are key to solving many of humanity's most urgent problems, and I want to be part of that solution.
I also have a lot of experience as a mentor and educator, and my ability to convey complex ideas effectively makes me a versatile communicator. I make it a point of pride to lead by example, and to do my utmost to foster a culture of collaboration and cooperation in all contexts.
