Frederik, tell us shortly about yourself and what fascinates you about the drone industry?   You know how they say time flies? Well, I can confirm it—especially when you're flying drones! What fascinates me most about the drone industry is the speed at which it’s evolving. It's like being on a rollercoaster that’s constantly being upgraded to go faster and push the boundaries further. Every day brings a new challenge, a new innovation, and a new way to see the world from a different perspective. That is why i enjoy my possition as Application specialist at Phase One   What upcoming projects or collaborations are you most excited about?   I'm thrilled to share that our team is gearing up for what might just be the world’s largest sub-millimeter GSD dataset as this years passion project. Yes, you read that right! We’re going sub-millimeter—because who needs millimeters when you can go smaller? Stay tuned, because this is going to be a cool dataset IF we succeed! Also working a lot with our newest P5 camera and the Quantum drone is really cool   How is Phase One keeping up with the latest trends and regulations in the drone industry?   Keeping up with the drone industry trends is like a dance—fast-paced, dynamic, and always changing. We’re all in, attending every drone show we can (catch me at CUAV in Vegas!) and working closely with customers on-site to really understand their needs. There’s nothing like getting out there and getting our our propellers spinning.   What do you enjoy outside of work?   When I’m not immersed in the world of drones, you can find me 3D printing, building (more) drones, or tearing up the racecourse with some drone racing. And when I need a break from all things tech, I hop on my bike and hit the road to clear my head. Nothing like some fresh air and a good ride to reboot the system!
