The Tuesday night WNBA slate will feature the Indiana Fever hitting the road to battle the Las Vegas Aces. The game will tip off at 9:30 p.m. ET and will air on ESPN.

Indiana (8-12) will be wrapping up a five-game road this evening and are fresh off an 88-82 victory over Phoenix on Sunday. The Fever showed resiliency all throughout the second half to win this game, overcoming an 11-point halftime deficit in the third quarter before storming back from a seven-point deficit in the middle of the fourth. Caitlin Clark nearly came away with her first career triple-double, providing 15 points, 12 assists, and nine rebounds. Aliyah Boston also offered up 17 points and eight boards.

Las Vegas (10-6) is riding a four-game win streak heading into this showdown, last downing Washington 88-77 on Saturday. This was a close game in the first half before the Aces clamped down in the second, limiting the Mystics to just 25 points in the third and fourth quarters combined. Jackie Young and Chelsea Gray stepped up for the two-time defending champs, combining for 48 points in the win.

On the injury front, Tiffany Hayes (personal) is considered day-to-day for the Aces.

Las Vegas enters the game as a 13.5-point favorite at DraftKings Sportsbook, accompanied by a total of 178.5. The Aces are listed as a -1000 moneyline favorite, making the Fever a +650 underdog.

Fever vs. Aces, 9:30 p.m. ET

Pick ATS: Fever +13.5

We’ve seen gradual improvement from Indiana for the better part of a month now as it has suffered just one double-digit loss since June 13. The Fever’s improvement is reflected by an 11-9 record against the spread heading into tonight’s matchup and I think they’ll be more competitive than their last game against the Aces, a 99-80 Las Vegas beatdown on May 25. I’ll take Indy to cover this huge spread against the defending champs.

Over/Under: Under 178.5

Indiana’s O/U record is 14-6, making it the most over-friendly team in the WNBA heading into tonight’s showdown. The team has put up at least 85 points in seven of its last nine contest, but is going up against an Aces squad that just displayed how it can drop the hammer defensively. I think we’re in for a tight, competitive battle tonight and I’ll take the under for this one.
