Copa America 2024 has officially moved into the knockout round, where eight teams will battle for the title. Unlike the Euro, Copa America goes directly to the quarterfinal round from the group stage so teams will only have to win two matches to make the final. Here’s a look at the Copa America 2024 knockout bracket.

Copa America 2024 knockout stage bracket

Argentina vs. Ecuador

Venezuela vs. Canada

Uruguay vs. Brazil

Colombia vs. Panama

There are some huge surprises in this competition, most notably the exclusion of the United States and Mexico in the quarterfinal round. Mexico was unable to overcome the injury to Edson Alvarez, and the new-look squad did not perform against Venezuela or Ecuador. Venezuela was projected to finish outside the top two in its group but ended up winning all three matches. Colombia continued its excellent form and won Group D, which many expected would go Brazil’s way. Canada advanced from its group despite being projected to finish last.

When looking at futures on DraftKings Sportsbook, it’s smart to look at Argentina when it comes to repeating. Brazil is going to have two tough matches to reach the final, so backing the Selecao over Argentina is going to be tough simply going off the qualify of opponents. Colombia remains a threat given its form, while Venezuela is playing with extreme confidence and might get the best of an Argentina side that hasn’t really been tested should those two meet in the semifinal.
