Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering to help the User Experience (UX) Team at the Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) conduct user research to better understand and improve the patient experience with our digital products.
- Any information you share will only be used to help PPFA improve our digital products and processes for digital product users.
- PPFA is separate from Planned Parenthood health centers. We don't have any access to your health record and your decision to participate in any research will not affect any care you may receive from Planned Parenthood health centers. Any Planned Parenthood health center where you receive care will have no idea whether or not you volunteered for this PPFA user research.
- Volunteers’ time will depend on the activity but is expected to range between ten minutes to a couple of hours. Volunteers will be compensated with a gift card ranging from $10-150 (depending on the time spent and activity) for their valuable time, insights, and opinions.
- PPFA values your experiences, perspectives, opinions, and insights. Filling out this form will take approximately 2-3 minutes and does not obligate you to participate in the research.
- If you are selected for a research activity, then someone from PPFA's User Experience Team will follow up with you shortly.
