    • Demand for hydrating products surges in India amid heat wave, with PepsiCo India, CocaCola, and Havmor Ice Cream witnessing increased demand in east, north, and central regions.

      Reliance Industries' fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company, Reliance Consumer Products (RCPL), clocked ₹3,000 crore sales in FY24, its first full year of operations. Beverage brand Campa Cola contributed ₹400 crore, according to a senior industry executive. The company aims to continue sales growth momentum driven by staples and beverages. RCPL may raise ₹500-₹700 crore this fiscal from its parent company to set up bottling plants for Campa Cola to boost capacity amid supply constraints.

      The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has secured Rs 98.8 crore from the sale of two official partnership slots to Atomberg and Campa. Campa will pay Rs 48 crore, and Atomberg will pay Rs 40.8 crore to BCCI between 2024 and 2026 for 48 matches. Campa's per-match payout is Rs 1 crore, while Atomberg's is Rs 85 lakh.

      The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced Campa soft drinks and Atomberg Technologies home appliances as official partners for its India home cricket season from 2024-26. Campa, owned by Reliance Consumer Products, will leverage the partnership with new products and experiences at stadiums. The deal will give Campa exclusive on-stadium presence and rights and beverage partnerships of cricket matches played in India.

      Executives have disclosed that Campa will be one of the official central sponsors of all the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) series played in the country starting this year. Reliance Consumer Products-owned brand has signed a multi-year deal with the BCCI, a development that blocks out rivals Coca-Cola and PepsiCo for BCCI matches played in India.
