The company has paid Fines today for non-compliance with Reg 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. Therefore we request you to please remove the suspense of demat account of Promoters and Promoter Group.

Please refer your email dated 07-06-2024 and our letter OCL/BSE/2024-25/27, July 02, 2024 regarding non-payment of Annual Listing Fees ("ALF), for the financial year 2024-25. In this connection we wish to state that in view of poor sales due to poor market demand, we request you please give us time for further period upto 31st August, 2024 for payment of Annual Listing Fees as a special case due to continued poor financial conditions during the current year.This is for your kind consideration and approval.

This is in reply to your email dated 28.6.2024 & 15.07. 2024 regarding delayed compliance of Regulation 24A with submission of Annual Secretarial Complaince Report we wish to state that we have filed ASCR pdf in the prescribed time on 30th May, 2024. But we could not file ASCR in XBRL mode due to some technical error in the form. We filled all sheets and validated the sheets except the CURRENT REPORT sheet. This sheet was not able to validate because the drop box was not appeared to select particular word. Then we sent screen shot to xbrl team and they asked to send full file. we sent file. The xbrl team had give required instructions to validate sheets. Then we could finally filed the report in xbrl mode after some delay. In view of the above and in response to your email dated 28.6.2024 we have requested in our letter No.OCL/BSE/2024-25/28, July 3, 2024 (copy attached) to kindly WAIVE this fine of Rs. 26,000/- plus Taxes levied by you (total Rs. 30680) as a special case.

Based on the confirmation received from Cameo corporate Services Limited, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the company, we hereby certify that the securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled affer due verification and the name of the depository has been substituted in our records as the registered owner within stipulated time limit of receipt of certificate of security and the details are furnished to the stock exchange.

This is in reply to your email dated 28.06.204 regarding delayed compliance of Reg 24 A with submission of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report, we wish to state that we have filed Annual Sec Com. Report pdf in the prescribed time on 30th May, 2024. But we could not file Annual Sec. Com. Report in XBRL ode due to some technical error in the form. We validated all sheets except the "CURRENT REPORT" sheet, The said sheet was not able to validate because the drop box was not appeared to select particular word. Hence we could not validate the complete file.Then we sent to BSE xbrl team. They had given require instruction to validate sheets. Due to technical error has stated above we finally filed the xbrl. Hence we wish to state that we have filed the reports in PDF format on time we request to kindly waive this fine of Rs. 26,000/- plus taxes levied by you as a special case due to poor financial conditions and as this is the first time delay in filing the return.
