The time of 38th Annual General Meeting has been changed to 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and the book closure: Register of Members and Share Transfer books shall remain closed from Tuesday, 24th September, 2024 to Monday, 30th September, 2024 (both days inclusive).

Outcome of Board Meeting

Dividends are paid to shareholders recorded on the company's record date. To qualify for dividends, shares must be purchased at least one day before the ex-date, as transactions settle the following day. Shares bought on the ex-date do not qualify for dividends.

Non-applicability of statement of Deviation and Variation.

The Board of Directors at their meeting held today, i.e. Wednesday, 7th August, 2024, declared interim dividend of Rs. 8 per equity share. The payment date for the said dividend will be done on or after Tuesday, 27th August, 2024.

The Exchange has sought clarification from Omnitex Industries India Ltd on December 19, 2023 with reference to significant movement in price, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded.
