Reliance Infrastructure Ltd on Wednesday said its consolidated net loss narrowed to Rs 69.47 crore in the June 2024 quarter. It had clocked a net loss of Rs 494.83 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in an exchange filing.

SAIL Q1 Results: Net profit slumps 93% YoY to Rs 11 crore on weak pricing, exceptional item
The steel maker had an exceptional loss of Rs 312 crore. The state-owned steel company reported a 3% year-on-year increase in steel sales during the quarter, reaching 4.01 million tonnes. Despite a slight 1.5% decrease in revenue to Rs 23,998 crore, the company's core operations remained strong with a 15% rise in earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) to Rs 2,420 crore.

RVNL Q1 Results: Profit falls 35% YoY to Rs 224 crore; revenue drops 27%
RVNL Q1 Results: State-owned RVNL reported a 35% drop in cons net profit to Rs 224 crore for Q1 June 2024, down from Rs 343 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations fell 27% to Rs 4,074 crore from Rs 5,572 crore year-over-year. Sequentially, net profit decreased 53% from Rs 478 crore in the March 2024 quarter, while revenue dropped 39% from Rs 6,714 crore.
Q1 results today: Godrej Consumer among 158 companies to announce earnings on Wednesday
Q1 results today: As the first quarter earnings season progressed, 158 companies, such as Pidilite, Godrej Consumer, NHPC, BSE, and ABFRL, announced their results. Godrej Consumer was projected to show a 46% increase in net profit but a slight dip in revenue. Kotak Securities highlighted growth in domestic volume and various categories.

REC Limited, a 'Maharatna' company under the Ministry of Power, has applied to open a subsidiary in Gujarat's GIFT City to begin financing offshore projects. CMD Vivek Kumar Dewangan announced plans to start offshore financing this financial year. REC reported a 19% increase in revenue to Rs 13,023 crore and a 16% rise in net profit to Rs 3,442 crore for Q1 2024. The company aims to double its loan book to Rs 10 lakh crore by 2030, focusing on renewable energy and non-power infrastructure.
