Over the past year, we spoke with more than a hundred scale-up product & CX leaders. It became clear that the way we learn from our customers and leverage these learnings across commercial and product teams is broken. - Customer interactions are stored across too many sources to grasp - Learnings are exchanged mostly through anecdotes or fixed reporting - Product teams spend days shifting through and tagging interactions, yet struggle to convert findings from quantitative, qualitative or customer data to actionable conclusions - Communicating changes to relevant customers and measuring the impact they've brought is a hassle What if, instead of this manual multi-thread process, we could access and analyse conversational data in the same way we do with quantitative data? Better yet, what if we could unite our customers' characteristics, activity and conversations, helping product teams test & validate hypotheses and CX & marketing find relevant customer references on demand? We think this would be pretty magical 😉 Throughout last year, we worked closely together with early design partners to build a better way for scale-ups to understand their customers. Starting next week, we'll be posting glimpses of our product as we build up to a public launch, but for now, we wanted to wish all of you a successful year and leave you with a thought provoking article on the subject, written by Benn Stancil at the end of last year.
