Developed a CRM solution so much ahead of its time, that after 15+ years I still use it for my personal business purposes. Sadly haven't seen these simple yet powerful logics in other tools. Microsoft came up with something similar years later. Pipedrive is implementing some elements. But none hasn't got the essence of these logics beauty and simplicity nor the benefits it provides. Sad and proud at the same time.

1. beautifully designed emalis using drag/drop alternative tap/tap designing feature
2. contact management, list management and contact enriching capabilities
3. conditional & contextual email sending
4. signup forms / simple landing pages builder
5. emailing automation features
6. payment integration
7. giftcards and tickets
