• Analyze new jobs and task, together with any changes or modification to determine Risk and eliminate or control risk at all work places under MAXAM control.
• Supervise the application of the procedure regarding Health, Safety, Technology & Quality and Environment with MAXAM and Clients requirements and submit month report to the HSEQ.
• Ensure that all Mining and Site Regulations are adhered to by the team including road safety regulation on site and public roads.
• Submit a daily and monthly report to the Project Manager and client.
• Ensure staff compliance with MAXAM policies, procedure and process.
• Support client with daily and weekly charging plans with maximizing utilization and capacity of MSUs fleet reaching required charging targets.
• Trouble-shooting to MSUs fleet to insure the quality of final charged products in blast-holes.
• Support client with technical services (Fragmentation analysis for blasts to insure delivering required size to process plant – VOD measurement for different bulk products to insure performance and quality of each product – Vibration monitoring for ground conditions and wall stability control – Trials for blast pattern designs with different products reaching best performance of blasting operation – Case studies for fumes and relation between it with lithology, geological structures and product quality – Case study for vibration analysis and monitoring in underground and open pit mining areas). عرض أقل
