This is a service company serving Agri sector in general by making available equipment and other service. We work in collaboration with a Pan Arab company

Broiler Breeders, Hatchery, Broiler growerand processing plant.Also we have layers and commercial feed mill which is a separate project.

• Managing the company investment in Sudan which include Algandool Animal Feed factory,
Mogran Poultry Farm and two office buildings.
• Responsible for preparation of Budgets, co ordination between feed mill and poultry to meet
the company’s goals.
• Planning for future expansions or new investment.

I supervised a group of trainees in preparation for ISO 9001:2000 registartion. I was appraoched by some clients for their project expansion. Prepared technical part of feasibility study. Trained ex combatant in a program funded by UNDP in sudan.

I have worked as trainer for Ex Combatant to re integrate them in the civil life in animal husbandry.

Reporting directly to the General Manager I manage a team of Engineers and Vets. Setting
production parameters to achieve the top management set goals. Planning the production inputs
requirements,I recommend the purchase of all production inputs, new machinery & equipment. I am
directly involved in the expansion process of the project, i.e. assessing the commercial offers from
suppliers and follow up of execution of work.

As a manager I was responsible for the planning and excution of the plans for the develpoment of
the department to meet the goals of the Corporation. I also study new projects in the animal production
to be added to the existing ones i.e.poultry,fish farming & production and sheep production.

I was assisting the PM in his daily rounds in the production departments.i.e. broiler farms, layer farm, hatchery and processing plant. On site trouble shooting, planning production and monitoring operational efficiencies

project)
• Coordination between civil contractor & equipment suppliers.
• Suprvised the erction & installation of the project.
Specifying production plan and following its application by different departments.Ordering all production
requirements i.e hatching eggs, medicines, disinfectants,Spare parts etc

• Part of my responsibilties was to follow the hatchery operation with the hatchery supervisor &
staff.
