Reset Password

Username and Email Address

Enter your username and email address from the activation email you received from NICUSA, Inc and click the 'Send' button below. We will send you an email with a secure link to reset your password.

 
Business Express Users

If you are a Business Express user, there are additional tools to help recover your account:

How Does The Reset Password Process Work?

  1. Add [email protected] to your address book to reduce the chance your junk filter will filter the email.
  2. Complete the fields and submit the information in the “Reset Password” form.
  3. You will receive an email from [email protected] with the subject of ‘Tyler Maryland Account Change Instructions’. This email will contain instructions and a link for resetting your password.

Troubleshooting Tips

Use the email address associated with your account
The password reset email will be sent to the address on file for your account. If you do not have access to your email account or don’t know which email account you used to register, please call our Help Desk at 888-MD-EGOV (888-963-3468) or email at [email protected] for assistance.

Check your Spam mail folder !!
If you do not receive the email, check your junk mail (spam) filter. You can search for the email subject: ‘Tyler Maryland Account Change Instructions’. Add [email protected] to your address book, then repeat the “Forgot Password” process to request a new email.
