ius commune

[edit]

One could also mention the end of the continental European end of the ius commune through the efforts of the nation state and the natural law-codifications of the Code civil , the General State Laws for the Prussian States and the general civil code of Austria. These codifications ended all common law in the areas of activity. Please forgive my bad english. mg Stephan Klage (talk) 22:02, 10 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
