This is not a B quality article

I checked the page log for this article. It was assessed B by the article creator. I do not see any documentation here or in the article history or article talk history indicating that it was assessed as a B-class article. It is basically just a list of phrases used by visitors and scientists who go to Antarctica. There is inadequate sourcing and content to consider it anything more than Start or possibly a Stub.
