2020 Outback Bowl

The 2020 Outback Bowl is a college football bowl game that will be played on January 1, 2020, with kickoff scheduled for 1:00 p.m. EST on ESPN.[3] It will be the 34th edition of the Outback Bowl, and will be one of the 2019–20 bowl games concluding the 2019 FBS football season. The game is named after its title sponsor, Outback Steakhouse.

Teams

The game will be played between the Minnesota Golden Gophers from the Big Ten Conference and the Auburn Tigers from the Southeastern Conference (SEC). This will be the first meeting between the programs.[4]

This will be Auburn's fifth Outback Bowl; the Tigers are 2–2 in their previous appearances.
