1)This 23* proxy that voted Delete was used in tandem with HB's usual Pennsylvania IPv6 ranges to hound Leviathian12 (whom HB suspected was a sock account of KamalAfghan. It's already been established that HB employed SPAs and logged out editing/proxies to hound KA.

2) 208* proxy that voted Delete. This proxy range was also used in tandem with HB's logged out editing-Note the the previous edit is HB's usual Pennsylvania IPv6 It was also used to file a edit war report against Sutyarashi one day after HB's IPs were edit warring with the user on the page Sikh Empire. See the edit war on July 6, 2023 and HB's 50.248.64.249 and 2601:547 IPs which geolocate to Pennslyvania countering Sutyarashi. 208 proxy modifying HB's comment, note the previous edit being HB's 2601:547 IP range
