Cora Kingdon

Cora Kingdon is a PhD candidate in the Energy and Resources Group at UC Berkeley. As an interdisciplinary scholar, she draws from environmental economics, climate science, decision making under deep uncertainty (DMDU), and political ecology to study the human health impacts from climate change and urban adaptation planning. Current research projects include modeling air quality impacts from climate change and using household survey data to understand differential vulnerability to extreme heat in cities across the US. Prior to ERG, Cora worked on integrated assessment modeling as part of the Social Cost of Carbon Initiative at Resources for the Future in Washington DC. She holds a BS in Environmental Economics from UC Berkeley.
