El pasado lunes 24 de junio se celebró el 𝗜𝗜 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮, una jornada de carácter semestral dirigida al personal de nuestro programa de 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮 (prácticas profesionales en el territorio nacional), con una antigüedad de entre 1 y 6 meses.   La sesión, que contó con más de 𝟳𝟬 𝗷𝗼́𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀 ubicados en las oficinas de TR en Madrid, Bilbao, Cartagena e Ibi (Alicante), fue amenizada con la participación de Adrián Murcia Molinero, consultor y formador, que impartió una conferencia motivacional titulada “𝘝𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘴 𝑝𝘢𝘳𝘢 𝘦𝘭 𝘦́𝘹𝘪𝘵𝘰: 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝑝𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘰, 𝘌𝘲𝘶𝘪𝑝𝘰, 𝘚𝘶𝑝𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘰́𝘯 𝘺 𝘋𝘦𝘴𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰”. Asimismo, las áreas de RRHH (Jesús Bécares, Rubén Jiménez Ayuso), Estrategia de Operaciones (Santiago Esteban Cerezo) y Aprovisionamiento (Teresa Prendes) compartieron con los jóvenes información relevante sobre el programa de becas, las opciones de desarrollo, el momento actual de la compañía y la integración de los diferentes departamentos de aprovisionamiento dentro de nuestros proyectos. El propósito de esta jornada es fomentar entre el talento joven los valores de la compañía, así como facilitar un espacio para la comunicación entre los becarios/as de diferentes áreas que ayude a comprender mejor el papel de cada uno en los proyectos comunes a los que nos enfrentamos.   Agradecemos a todos los convocados su asistencia, así como a los ponentes, tanto internos como externos, por su colaboración.   -- Last Monday, June 24, the 𝗜𝗜 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 was held, a semi-annual event aimed at the trainees of our Inicia Internship program (professional internships in the Spanish national territory), with a seniority of 1 to 6 months.   The session, which included more than 𝟳𝟬 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘀 located in the TR offices in Madrid, Bilbao, Cartagena and Ibi (Alicante), was enlivened by the participation of Adrián Murcia Molinero, consultant and trainer, who gave a motivational conference titled “𝘝𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴: 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵, 𝘛𝘦𝘢𝘮, 𝘐𝘮𝑝𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘋𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝑝𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵.” Likewise, the areas of HR (Jesús Bécares, Rubén Jiménez Ayuso), Operations Strategy (Santiago Esteban Cerezo) and Procurement (Teresa Prendes) shared with the trainees some relevant information about the internship program, development paths, the current moment of the company and the integration of the different procurement departments within our projects.   The purpose of this day is to promote the company's values among young talent, as well as provide a space for communication between interns from different areas that helps understand the role of each one in the common projects in which we all participate.   We thank all the trainees who attended the event, as well as the speakers, both internal and external, for their collaboration.

➡️ Nuestro Head of Energy Transition, Joaquin Perez de Ayala, participó recientemente en el Workshop Tecnologías #CAUC en Asturias, una cita organizada por The Spanish CO2 Technology Platform (PTECO2) con la colaboración de la Consejería de Transición Ecológica, Industria y Desarrollo Económico, donde pudo dar unas pinceladas sobre la actualidad europea en cuanto a proyectos tecnologías CAUC y los objetivos a 2030 y 2050.   ✅ Allí pudo compartir con los asistentes cómo la captura de carbono va a ser esencial para alcanzar los objetivos de 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗮𝘀, para lo que la UE ha delineado una ruta detallada para su despliegue. En este sentido, los hubs y clústeres se están convirtiendo en la principal vía para el desarrollo de infraestructuras de captura de carbono. Ya son más de 70 proyectos los anunciados en Europa, y España tiene una gran oportunidad para construir varios de ellos con el fin de apoyar la descarbonización de industrias con emisiones de carbono de difícil abatimiento.   🟢 En Técnicas Reunidas tenemos un sólido historial en captura de carbono, ofreciendo un servicio integral para facilitar la descarbonización de los activos industriales y apoyar a diferentes players en sus objetivos de #descarbonización es un escenario complejo e incierto. -- ➡️ Our Head of Energy Transition, Joaquin Perez de Ayala, recently attended the #CCUS Technologies Workshop in Asturias, an event organized by the The Spanish CO2 Technology Platform (PTECO2) in collaboration with the Consejería de Transición Ecológica, Industria y Desarrollo Económico, where he was able to give a brief overview of the current European situation regarding CCUS technology projects and the objectives for 2030 and 2050.    ✅ There, he was able to share with the participants how carbon capture will be essential to achieve the goals of 𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, for which the EU has outlined a detailed path for its deployment. In this sense, hubs and clusters are becoming the main way to develop carbon capture infrastructure. 🖋️ RWE adjudica a Técnicas Reunidas y Ansaldo Energia el proyecto de una central de ciclo combinado de hidrógeno en #Alemania. 🔹 Como continuación de la comunicación realizada por RWE el pasado 29 de mayo (ver nota de prensa de RWE), Técnicas Reunidas informa de que ha sido adjudicataria, en consorcio con Ansaldo Energía, del proyecto de una gran central de ciclo combinado de hidrógeno de 800 MW de potencia nominal en el emplazamiento de Gersteinwerk, situado en la región alemana de Münster. 🔹 Este proyecto se une al de otra central del mismo tipo y potencia que RWE se propone desarrollar en el emplazamiento de Weisweiler y que adjudicó el año pasado a un consorcio formado asimismo por Técnicas Reunidas y Ansaldo Energia. 🟢 Con estas plantas, RWE desea contribuir al 𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘀 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼́𝗻 que el Gobierno alemán se plantea conseguir en 2030.
