As a Business leader that creates and develops long-term business relationship with clients and partners in very large and complex multi-national projects, I am passionate about building strategies that increase value as measured by revenue, profitability, and competitiveness.

Delivering IT for the Olympic Games in 6 games editions, I have been working for customers and partners in 3 continents in a distributed and multi-cultural environment. I am responsible for the partnership with the International Olympic Committee and the different Organizing Committees for the Olympic Games like Pyeongchang (South Korea), Tokyo, Beijing and Paris, and Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires and Gangwon, as their Customer Executive Partner.

In this position, I have been able to strengthen my management and customer relationship skills, operating a very large and complex program delivered by decentralized and multidisciplinary teams, integrating different global service lines. I also had the enormous privilege to learn from different cultures, taking on new challenges, building strong relationships, and delivering results.

In 2023, I joined Ipsos' Board of Directors as an independent Director, member of the Strategy and ESG Committee

I previously served in a variety of roles, both in operations, business development and management. I was responsible for the nearshoring operations in Atos Spain, and also coordinated the delivery in other Global Centers like Mumbai for Spanish customers. I also lead the Catalonia region for Atos, developing the business locally, specially in public sector and finance.

Achievements:

Negotiated 2 renewals of the contract with the International Olympic Committee until 2024. This is the largest sport-related IT contract to date, delivering the project in time and budget.

Successfully developed the business around Olympics, doubling the volume of business and bringing innovation and customer engagement while developing the partnering opportunities with other IT companies and stakeholders to create a global partnering strategy

Managed the Partnership with the International Olympic Committee since 2015, running until 2024
