Francis Lefebvre 2002-2003), El Cierre Contable y Fiscal (Ed. El Economista 2009) y El arte de valorar empresas (Ed. Civitas 2009).
He takes part on the review of several international KPMG publications: Insights into IFRS, IFRS Handbook: Business Combinations and non-controlling interests, IFRS compared to US GAAP. Additionally he writes periodically articles on IFRS and Spanish GAAP for technical papers.
He took part from 2005 since 2010 in the IFRS accounting expert group of the Spanish securities and exchange commission. He has been member at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Spain, of working groups related to the new Spanish GAAP issuance in 2008, business combinations and consolidation standard in 2010 and transaction between entities under common control in 2011.
