Role

We are currently looking for a talented Senior Media Buyer to continue developing the group’s advertising campaigns and mentor the junior colleagues. You will join our energetic, fun and highly motivated multinational team in our office located in Barcelona.

You are an experienced media buyer and you know how to generate performance-based leads. In other words, you know how to generate profit with your campaigns. You know how to optimise campaigns based on customer feedback. You’re not afraid to manage hundreds of active campaigns and very large daily budgets. Last but not least, you can react within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning and managing digital performance marketing campaigns for a portfolio of top-tier advertisers in different verticals. You will control the entire acquisition funnel and optimise your forms and upsells. Your dedication and ability to be creative and find new marketing angles will ensure your success. 

Responsabilities

• Implement, optimise and manage your ad campaigns from A to Z
• Develop a relevant bidding strategy for all your campaigns
• Acquire traffic on different traffic sources including social networks, search and content discovery platforms
• Farm accounts when necessary to always have potential backups
• Create and edit landing pages via our inhouse tools with the help of our designer
• Analyse and synthesise your data and results
• Make sure to reach the caps provided by the sales team
• Actively exchange with the sales team to provide feedback on your campaigns and your needs
• Make sure to meet the quality requirements of each client
• Split test your campaigns 24/7 and use objective data to increase the level of performance of your campaigns.

Requirements

You have a background in digital, preferably in data analysis, digital marketing, web development or web design. But more importantly, you have experience in the field and have already worked as a media buyer and generated performance leads.

• Master in Facebook ads and Google Adwords
• You have a true analytical and statistical approach to your work
• A strong result-oriented culture focused on ROI
• You master tracking tools such as Voluum and Zapier
• Knowledge of native networks such as Taboola / Outbrain as well as programmatic advertising is a huge plus.
• French or Spanish speaker is a plus
