Your Mission

Your primary mission will be to: “Define and drive the People strategic agenda” for Viterbit.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be an integral part of our leadership team. As the Head of People, you will serve as the strategic partner for senior leaders across the organization, offering expert strategic insights and leadership support. You will bring our People vision to life, implement people strategies, support business needs with excellence and challenge the status quo. Your role is crucial in managing the People perspective for various teams and sub-departments. Long-term strategy and business objectives will guide your efforts.

You will be responsible for building and scaling the most talented team ever, ensuring that our team is aligned with the company’s goals and culture. Demonstrating resilience, you will navigate and overcome challenges in a dynamic startup environment. As a brand ambassador, you will embody Viterbit’s values and vision, promoting our reputation and ensuring our brand integrity is upheld in all people-related initiatives.

The Journey

  • Recruitment and Talent Management Strategy: Lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent, building and scaling a high-performing team. Implement comprehensive talent management strategies, including performance management, and leadership development.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure People processes align with and support strategic business objectives.
  • Culture Building: Foster and enhance a unique company culture centered on ambition, innovation, and intelligence.

What You Will Bring To The Journey

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in a similar position with significant expertise in the recruitment industry.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in defining and leading strategic People agendas, with a strong track record of driving organizational change.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities. Demonstrated capability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with HR software and tools. Experience using data and analytics to drive HR decisions and strategy.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively within our team and across different departments. Strong communication skills to articulate People strategies and initiatives clearly.
