Reporting directly to the CPCO and a member of the People and Culture Leadership Team, this role provides strategic

partnership and delivery of end-to-end HR provision to drive the development and enhancement of the people proposition and implementation of the people agenda aligned with the key business objectives across the Executive Functions of our Spainish branch.

For this role we evaluate hybrid hirings from our Madrid office.

Key Responisbilities

  • Partner and trusted advisor to the Executive Function Leaders providing expert guidance in all people matters.
  • Strategic input to support development of the group-wide people proposition and key people initiatives in partnership with the CoEs as an active member of the People and Culture Leadership Team.
  • Creation and execution of the functional people agenda to meet the strategic and growth ambitions of the business.
  • Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all legal requirements under relevant employment laws and regulation.
  • Shape and drive the approach to employee engagement, fostering an inclusive workplace and culture.
  • Uphold the delivery of robust performance management processes to ensure a continued drive towards a high performing culture.
  • Continuously improve the people team’s efficiency and effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions that simplify and/or enhance processes.
  • Day to day management of all aspects and activity of the people agenda to produce the best service and employee experience across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
  • Constant advocate for and upholder of Prima’s organisational values.
  • Leadership, coaching and development of direct report(s) and, where invited, members of the wider people team.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Demonstrably strong communication skills with the ability to positively influence and build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • High tolerance of change and ability to deal with ambiguity. Ability to personally demonstrate these skills as well as encouraging/coaching others through the change process.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness in delivery of solutions.
  • Pragmatic and reasoned decision-maker.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple activities, initiatives and project delivery.
  • Proven ability to simplify the complex and clearly articulate in such a way to secure stakeholder understanding.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Experience & Qualifications

  • A true Senior HR generalist with a strong strategic and operational HR background gained in leading across all aspects of the HR agenda in a global, fast-paced, high growth organisation.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing best in class people plans to meet the strategic and growth ambitions of the business.
  • Proven knowledge and practical application of relevant HR practices and employment laws.

We evaluate on site or hybrid (minimun 2 days per week in the office) hirings in Madrid
