A leading fintech company based in Spain is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to establish and lead their inaugural Sales Function. This role begins as a hands-on sales position, progressing into a Player/Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the dynamics of the SEPA region.
- Recruit, onboard, and lead the first sales team.
- Identify key markets and customer segments within the SEPA region.
- Develop and execute market entry strategies to establish the business as a prominent player.
- Leverage your fintech expertise to drive market entry success.
- Lead client acquisition efforts & build and maintain relationships with key clients in the region.
- Draw upon your fintech network to enhance client acquisition efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of selling in the FinTech Sector.
- Ideally experience managing a small sales teams, specifically within the fintech sector.
- Deep understanding of payments, with knowledge of SEPA regulations.
- Strategic thinker with adaptability to navigate the dynamic fintech landscape.
