Mission:
The Structured Finance Middle Office division plays a key role in the success of SG CIB’s activities. Our teams work closely with major market players (international clients, banks, clearing houses, regulators). They ensure the quality and reliability of the operations that the bank executes on behalf of clients around the world, in compliance with international regulations and the highest ethical standards. This offer is in Madrid, where we have a dynamic organization, living a changing moment which require unmatched talent to be part of our goals.

Tasks and responsibilities:
Closing and Agency operational monitoring for the main business lines located in SGCIB Madrid, Frankfurt and Milan
Parametrization and modelling of the structured finance operations in LoaniQ platform
Checking of:
the preclosing viability of the contracts to be signed according to LMA standards
the KYC requirements and internal procedures
Post-closing monitoring of the operation life including covenants
The Agency management in the three locations Madrid, Frankfurt, and Milan on all Structured finance Business lines
Ensure a timely warning & advice to the BO in Paris and Bangalore of the characteristics of the deals
Maintain a close relationship with clients, Paris central teams performing transversal roles, and local regulators in Madrid, Frankfurt, and Milan
Required
Profile required
Studies & experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics or similar
Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Back Office and/or Middle Office of Structured Finance
Language skills:
Fluency in Spanish, English and Italian
German is a plus
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in LOANIQ
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you must communicate clearly and effectively with clients/ Teams in Spain and abroad
Ability to work in different projects simultaneously
Demonstrated work ethic
Positive attitude
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
