How to access our US lounges
Who can come into an Escape Lounge?
Escape Lounges accept guests flying with any airline or class.
Children and babies are welcome to enter the lounge, with those aged 24 months and under entering for free.
There are several ways to gain entry to our lounges: you can pre-book; walk-up on the day and pay at the door; enter with an applicable membership card; or gain access via your airline.
What does it cost to enter the lounge?
Guests can pre-book their entry to the Escape Lounge from $32.00 per person.
How long do I have access to the lounge for?
Guests will have access to the lounge 3 hours prior to their scheduled flight departure time.
Which membership cards
grant me access?
In our US Escape Lounges, eligible guests can use their cards to gain access to the lounge. All card holder access is subject to availability. Not all passes are accepted at every lounge; please check details with staff at your chosen lounge location.
Platinum Card Members and Centurion® Card Members - Receive complimentary entry for themselves and up to two guests.
Delta SkyMiles® Reserve Card Members - Receive complimentary access if they are on a Delta marketed ticket for that day. Can bring an additional guest for $30 each.
TAV Passport Card Members - Receive complimentary entry for themselves and one guest.
Dreamfolks Card Holders - Receive access based on their plan. Contact Dreamfolks to learn more about your benefit.
Priority Pass - Receive access to 11 Escape Lounges, check the location page for your chosen lounge for more information.
Dragonpass - Check the location page for your chosen lounge for more information.
Priority Pass
Escape Lounges has announced an extension of its partnership with Priority Pass, enabling Priority Pass members to access* an additional 10 of its common-use airport lounges across the United States as-well as the Escape Lounge at Syracuse Hancock International Airport.
*Turn up access is subject to availability on the day of travel. Only by pre-booking an Escape Lounge ahead of a visit can access be guaranteed. Please see your chosen lounge location page for detailed information on access to that specific lounge.
Do I get anything else when I enter with my American Express card?
Centurion® Card Members receive, in addition to the full food and bar menu available to all guests, a premium complimentary sparkling wine (to receive this guests must have proof of Centurion® card).
Airline invitations
We are pleased to work with several partner airlines to accept eligible guests, usually either frequent flyers or premium/business class passengers.
There is no need to pre-book your place if you have an invitation from your airline for lounge access.
Please check with your airline prior to travel to see if you are eligible for lounge access and any terms and conditions regarding this access.
