All about 'The Others'

"Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" and NBC's "The Others" top the ratings charts

It looks like everyone’s seeing dead people nowadays. The premiere of NBC’s supernatural drama The Others (46th) spooked up 11.1 million viewers,NBC’s highest Saturday premiere since 1996. But all the paranormal pandemonium in the world couldn’t be as scary as the return of the WB’s revamped sitcom Zoe (106th), which debuted with a mere 2.8 million. Meanwhile, the Carson Daly-hosted Miss USA Pageant (39th) earned its lowest ratings ever, proving that Daly should probably keep his day job at MTV’s Total Request Live. ABC’s chart-topping Millionaire again proved invincible, with a special Wednesday-night edition of the dollar-doling juggernaut (3rd) doing a number on NBC’s Twenty One (68th.)
