The couple cite irreconcilable differences as the cause of their separation, People reports. Papers filed to the Los Angeles Superior Court state that they have no children and that property rights are to be determined. Hill is known for his roles on The West Wing, for which he received an Emmy nomination in 2002, and the USA comedy-drama Psych. Lyn, who has appeared on both shows, works as a DJ under the pseudonym Ms Nix. The two married in July 2004.
