Rick Raisman and Lynn Faber, parents of Olympic medalist Aly Raisman, became viral superstars thanks to their nervous reactions to their daughter's gymnastics routines. While appearing on the Today show, Rick joked, "I tell Aly I'm more famous than her!"

When asked about being the parents of an Olympian, Rick said (via PEOPLE), "It's one of those things. You're there to support your kids and daughter, you see them work and sacrifice day in and day out…but it makes it all worth it in the end." He added, "We have no idea we're even moving when we're in the stands, we're so caught up in the moment."

Of course, the rest of the world noticed. Relive their glory in the video below.

Aly's parents appeared on Today alongside gymnast Simone BIles' folks, Ronald and Nellie. Comparing their reactions to watching Biles at the games, Rick said, "It's a calmness for me, but for her she's squeezing my hand really hard."

Raisman and Biles, and the rest of Team USA's women gymnasts, have more chances to add to their Rio medal count; the individual vault and bars events happen Sunday, while the beam finals take place Monday and the floor competition wraps up Tuesday.
