'Teen Wolf' Comic-Con panel: Kisses thrown! Third season!

The Panel: Stars Tyler Posey, Crystal Reed, Dylan O’Brien, Colton Haynes, Tyler Hoechlin, and Holland Roden; moderated by TV Guide‘s Damian Holbrook

The Big Revelations: Tyler Posey announced that the show had been renewed for a third season, with a 24 episode order instead of 12.

Footage Screened: MTV screened the entire episode that will air this Monday, July 16. Beforehand, the cable net screened the premiere trailer for its upcoming show The In-Betweeners, which essentially looked like The Hard Times of RJ Berger, just about four semi-cool, sex-starved high schoolers instead of one. Sample joke: “A Ford Festiva? More like a Ford Celibacy!”

Snap Judgment: The Teen Wolf episode revolved around trying to stop Jackson (Colton Haynes) from continuing his murder-spree while controlled by an unseen mysterious force. There was kissing! Employment changes! Magic dust! And a shocking change for one character, and likely one more!

The Winner of the Panel: There was no time for audience Q&A, but no one seemed to mind give the casts constantly adorable banter. The moment that seemed to get the crowd the most twitterpated? When Dylan O’Brien and Tyler Hoechlin teased a “Sterek” romance. Calm down. They were just kidding. Maybe! “It’s always 50/50 with this show,” joked Hoechlin.
