Though we're still quite a ways from any concrete details, the WB says co-writer and director Matt Reeves, Pattinson, "and the whole team will be taking audiences back to Gotham in The Batman 2." Reeves made a brief appearance to thank audiences who helped the film soar past $750 million at the global box office, making it the highest-grossing film of 2022. "This is thrilling for me," Reeves said, adding that he's a huge fan of the character and "is excited to jump back into this world for the next chapter." Reeves also promised more info on the movie... at a future Cinemacon. So until then, keep those utility belts fastened tight.
