A month after The Hollywood Reporter revealed stylist Susan Bertram’s allegations of sexual assault against Prison Break actor Robert Knepper, four more women have come forward detailing a pattern of sexual misconduct.

The new claims, published by The Hollywood Reporter, allegedly span decades and took place in both the United States and Canada. They include Robin Saex Garbose and a second anonymous woman claiming that Knepper “pinned” them against a wall before kissing and groping them; stylist Emma Julia Jacobs alleging that Knepper attacked her after she rebuffed his advances, ripping her pants open before forcing her to perform oral sex; and filmmaker Christy Oldham alleging that Knepper placed her hand on his crotch and pushed her against a wall. The Hollywood Reporter says that the women contacted the magazine individually, and that reading about Susan Bertram’s experience encouraged them to come forward.

“I just can’t sit quiet while he denies the pain he’s inflicted all these years to women who are being labeled liars,” Jacobs said to THR.

On Nov. 8, The Hollywood Reporter published Bertram’s accusation that Knepper assaulted her during filming of the 1992 Allison Anders-directed drama Gas Food Lodging. Knepper denied Bertram’s allegations.

Knepper, also known for starring in Heroes and Twin Peaks, had recurred on the first three seasons of the CW’s iZombie as the abusive father of Blaine DeBeers (David Anders), before being upgraded to the main cast for the soon-to-air fourth season. He has denied the four new allegations in a statement, calling out the current climate of many public figures facing consequences for allegations of sexual misconduct.

“We have come to a time where hard-earned careers are being lost on the basis of accusations,” Knepper says. “I need to reiterate that these accusations against me are false. We have lost the presumption of innocence; we have lost ‘due process’; and we have lost the ability to review evidence — allowing the media to become both ‘judge and jury.’ Until I can sit down and have a dialogue with my accusers, managed not by the press but by an impartial mediator, I have nothing further to say on this matter. My wife, family and close friends, know me and my true nature and I am grateful for their love and support.”

The CW did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the claims being made against Knepper. iZombie season 4 premieres in 2018, and production began earlier in the fall.
