Last Friday, we gathered with the Relevant Digital Oy team for our Fall Kickoff, and what a day it was! 🎢 We started with a team lunch, setting the stage for the “official” part of the day, where we first dove into our performance so far this year. The results? By the end of July, we’ve seen a remarkable 49% growth in Relevant Yield compared to last year's period, and we’re now helping clients better monetise, manage, and control their ad inventory in 20 different countries. Wow! Afterwards, each team—from programmatic to customer success and marketing—shared its updates and goals for the rest of the year. Finally, we explored the exciting developments in Relevant Yield and how we’re integrating AI into the system—impressive stuff. Once the business part was wrapped up, we headed to Linnanmäki amusement park. Despite the drizzle and grey skies, our adventurous team didn’t let that dampen their spirits! We ended the day with a fantastic dinner, sauna, and, of course, some karaoke. Last week, we played for the Relevant Digital Oy Golf Championship 2024 at Kytäjä. Although the day was a bit cloudy with some light rain, it was fun. 🎉 Surprise, surprise—Kimmo Vihanto took the win 🏆 once again, finishing one under the course par and leaving the rest of us in the dust. Iiro Niemelä put up a bit of a fight and was even in the lead at times. Olli Järvilehto and I were like double trouble, with our balls constantly drawn to the tall grass around the fairways. 😂 Congratulations to the winner! I’m taking this seriously and plan to come back stronger next year!
