Meet Neha, who helped change data for everyone, everywhere. Neha Narkhede co-created the groundbreaking open-source messaging system Apache Kafka, leading to the co-founding of Confluent in 2014, a company that has changed how data is managed and used worldwide. At Confluent, she worked as the CTO before taking on a position on the board. Since its IPO in 2021, Confluent is currently valued at over $7 billion. Not too shabby. Today, Neha is building her second startup, Oscilar, to provide effective fraud detection in online transactions.
