🌍 Our hydro butterfly valves are heading to 3 continents! 🌎 At the end of July and the beginning of August, we produced and shipped several Vexve Armatury hydro butterfly valves, which are now serving their function in #hydroelectric #powerplants in different parts of the world - from Norway, to Mexico, to Japan. 💧 ✅ Green hydro butterfly valves L32.7 DN 2300 PN 16 with lever and weight: Two impressive pieces will be part of the hydroelectric power plant in Mexico. 🌵 ⚪ White hydro butterfly valve L32.7 DN 1900 PN 25 with lever and weight: This valve, equipped with a DN 100 bypass, is heading to hydroelectric power plant in Norway. 💦 🔵 Blue hydro butterfly valve L32 DN 700 PN 16 with lever and weight: Travelling to the hydroelectric plant in Japan, where it will provide a water flow of pH 4, we have coated all surfaces in contact with the medium with Rilsan PA 11. 🗾 These valves have been a joy in our halls, and now they are helping where they are needed most. 🌟 #butterflyvalves #hydropower #valves #global #manufacturing 🌍 Z výrobní haly do světa: Naše hydro klapky míří do 3 kontinentů! 🌎 Na přelomu července a srpna jsme vyrobili a odeslali několik hydro klapek @Vexve Armatury, které nyní plní svou funkci v hydroelektrárnách v různých částech světa – od Norska, přes Mexiko, až po Japonsko. 💧 ✅ Zelené hydro klapky L32.7 DN 2300 s pákou a závažím: Dva impozantní kusy budou součástí hydroelektrárny v Mexiku. 🌵 ⚪ Bílá hydro klapka L32.7 DN 1900 s pákou a závažím: Tato klapka, vybavená obtokem DN 100, míří do hydroelektrárny v Norsku. 💦 🔵 Modrá hydro klapka L32 DN 700 PN 16 s pákou a závažím: Cestuje do hydroelektrárny v Japonsku, kde bude zajišťovat průtok vody s pH 4, a proto jsme všechny plochy v kontaktu s médiem opatřili nátěrem Rilsan PA 11. 🗾 Tyto klapky nám dělaly radost v našich halách, a teď už pomáhají tam, kde je to nejvíc potřeba. 🚀

More than 100 Vexve Armatury ball valves for new Romanian pipeline 🔵 We have delivered a total of 106 ball valves of various sizes from NPS ¾" to 48" Class 300-900, with split body or fully welded body for the Black Sea Shore-Podisor project in Romania. And more deliveries are still coming! 🚚🔧 The Black Sea Shore - Podisor pipeline connects the town of Tuzla with the Podisor compressor station, which is part of the BRUA pipeline (Bulgaria-Romania-Hungary-Austria). The new pipeline will transport #naturalgas from the largest offshore field in the Romanian Black Sea - Neptune Deep - to the Romanian national transmission network. 🌊🌍 The total length of the pipeline route is 308.4 km, and it passes through the south-eastern part of Romania, namely the regions of Constanta, Calarasi and Giurgiu. This #pipeline is currently the largest project in Europe. It will make Romania an important gas hub for Central and Eastern Europe and the Balkans. This is a major step in the development of the European energy network and we are proud that our Vexve Armatury ball valves are an integral part of it. A další dodávky stále pokračují! 🚚🔧 Plynovod Black Sea Shore – Podisor, spojuje pobřeží Černého moře Tuzla s kompresní stanicí Podisor, která je součástí plynovodu BRUA (Bulharsko-Rumunsko-Maďarsko-Rakousko). Nový plynovod bude přepravovat zemní plyn z největšího mořského naleziště v rumunském Černém moři – Neptun Deep – do rumunské národní přepravní sítě. 🌊🌍 Celková délka trasy plynovodu je 308,4 km a prochází jihovýchodní částí Rumunska, konkrétně oblastí Constanta, Calarasi a Giurgiu. Tento plynovod je v současnosti největším projektem v Evropě. Rumunsko se tak stane důležitým plynárenským uzlem pro střední a východní Evropu a Balkán. Jedná se o zásadní krok v rozvoji evropské energetické sítě a my jsme hrdí, že naše kulové kohouty Vexve Armatury jsou jeho nedílnou součástí. We bring the valves into a new life! 👌 We share processing of the new valves production quite often, but part of our products, especially in #ironandsteelteam, are the overhauls. Having a long-term cooperation with the customers, it is very important to provide them service jobs for the valves which have been in operation for a couple of years and need to be renovated. 🤝 This is the case of the SNORT valve with piston DN 1400 which we are delivering these days to ArcelorMittal Germany in Eissenhüttendstadt. This valve is one of the most critical ones as its role is unrepleacable in the whole pipeline process leading to the blast furnace. It was our pleasure to welcome the customers for the final acceptance test in Dolní Benešov. Looking forward the next time! 😀 Good job Jiří otlik.

We are thrilled to celebrate the 10th anniversary of ZMK Technologies, now proudly known as Vexve! 🎉 On June 14th, we hosted a fantastic party at Blumenhalle im Brückenkopfpark in Jülich, Germany. Founder Rudiger Klein reflected on our significant milestones, from our establishment in 2014 to joining forces with Vexve and Finnish investor Devco in 2020. Rudiger thanked all employees, recognizing them as our greatest asset and highlighting the family atmosphere that still thrives in our company. Special recognition was given to those who have been with us since the beginning, as well as to our Executive Director, Ingo Leufgen. The event concluded with the opening match of the World Cup, where Germany triumphed with a 5-1 victory - another reason to celebrate! 🎉⚽ A big thank you to our colleagues from the Czech Republic and Finland for joining us.
