“Mikko has amazing skills in resolving any problems and carrying the resolution to the end. We've worked together about three years in different positions, but what I remember of Mikko from the whole period, he always looks for the best resolution to fulfill customers needs. Selling things isn't just selling, it's consulting with the knowledge that has grown throughout his working history - to find solution to customer's problems, to find a better way of working and getting revenue. Customer satisfaction is a must. Currently I'd say we kind of complete each other in different ways. He's the one who thinks positively ahead and I'm the break that tries to hold him back with my dull engineering realities. Somehow working with Mikko is always easy, since he always has a plan and a few scenarios of how things can go from here. They're not dictated plans, but his vast knowledge especially of social- and healthcare sector and sales bring reasoned and justifiable thoughts to action. And he's not even scared to carry them through with all the team and using their peak skills to progress things towards results. Mikko is amazing with customers. I've never met a customer who doesn't like him! Charismatic person that can work with anyone and fast - with results! Can't think of a better co-worker in product management that drives us all forward, whether if it was roadmapping or finding a resolution to overgrown backlog. Prioritizing by business/customer value is his strength and the team that has Mikko, really has a possibility to go to the moon. Always a pleasure to work with this kind of professional, wouldn't change a day.”
