I am the CRO at Immersal, part of Hexagon, a global leader in spatial mapping and visual positioning systems. I work with partners, developers, and creators across various markets and industries to provide them with cutting-edge tools and solutions for the Metaverse.
With over Ten years of experience in international business and sales, I have a proven track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and delivering revenue growth. For example, at CubiCasa, I secured multiple MLS partnerships in the USA, and expanded the global sales in the EU and ANZ region. Educated in Earth Science at John Leggott, gave me a strong foundation in geological and geospatial sciences. How can you use augmented reality to enhance physical environments?
Augmented Reality is in its infancy, with astronomical potential. Today we are creating new ways that enable seamless integrations of digital information overlayed into our everyday lives. We can shape the content to the user, in whichever of the 4 predominant Learning styles desired. Lets take a Museum for example Museums can use AR to bring exhibits to life, offering a more interactive and engaging visitor experience. For example, pointing a device at a dinosaur skeleton could overlay information about the species, animate the skeleton, or recreate the environment it lived in. This can be further monetised as an optional addition to a standard ticket creating another revenue stream as well as improving the customer experience.
