Originally a lead programmer in a pioneering free software project, motivating a large team to produce without a money incentive, now helping businesses with multi-million dollar ambitions.

Full-time paid career in software development since 1997; passionately involved with Internet projects since 1994; experience of developing touchscreen UIs since 1996, including developing a touchscreen phone already in 2002; practical hacker skills since 1995, now on a high-level with latest tricks; games programming experience since 1990 and rather seriously for about 9 years; involved with development of pioneering social media systems from 1994 including a major world domination-level project in 2000 - 2002 and smaller attempts at the same, later.

With total of about 30 years programming experience, including leadership, software architecture, software security, trainer/coach and recruiter roles besides programming and being involved in key roles in about 100 highly-varied software projects, often involving custom HW, capable of taking lead and responsibility of any software project. Technical capability of producing, fixing and designing code in all levels of software, as well as making it highly secure, robust and maintainable.

Personal interest and motivator is improving productivity with software: for making software projects succeed holistically when all things are calculated, also from the end-user perspective. Inspired to help in discovering high-value decision points, offering enlightened recommendations and changing the work culture for achieving a positive impact to the long-term bottom lines of any particular nature.
