👀 What are the main challenges in the implementation of 𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 in Latin America and the Carribean (LAC) countries? Post2020 Biodiversity Framework - EU support offers strategic resources to inform concrete action, such as a series of "𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤𝙤𝙡𝙨" from different perspectives - economic, social, and biodiversity. focusing on participatory and multi-ministerial governance mechanisms as well as inclusion of new stakeholders. 🔁 With an inclusive multi-stakeholder dialogue method at its heart, BIODEV2030 also seeks to 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀, contributing to the implementation of the 𝑲𝒖𝒏𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈-𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍 𝑩𝒊𝒐𝒅𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑭𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 (#KMGBF) in 𝟏𝟓 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬. 📅 At 𝗖𝗢𝗣𝟭𝟲 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗶, countries will be able to share progresses made in biodiversity mainstreaming as well as good practices and knowledge. ⏭ Stay in touch to access new resources and content!
