Over the past five months, our team has diligently updated communications across the business. But that’s not all. We have already announced our rebranding in Poland a few weeks ago, and as we move forward, we plan on rebranding all our subsidiaries across Europe. Coeliac Awareness Month Spotlight: Our Commitment to Quality and Safety! At BI UK Limited, we’re passionate about providing safe and delicious Free From options for everyone, especially those with coeliac disease. Here’s how we ensure our Free From products meet the highest standards: 1.    Intake Controls: Rigorous segregation in our warehouse, detailed labelling, and thorough Certificate of Analysis checks for raw materials. 2.    Colour Coding: Our dedicated production utensils (think scoops, buckets, knives, bags, trays, and more) are color-coded. This helps our staff maintain strict separation when producing Gluten-Free, Milk-Free, or Gluten-Containing items. 3.    Clean down: Our production lines undergo meticulous cleaning, including color-coded equipment and thorough inspections by trained personnel. Rapid swabbing confirms that our products remain free from gluten and milk. 4.    Positive Release: We send product samples from each batch with a FREE FROM claim to an external UKAS-accredited lab for testing. Your safety matters! 5.    Annual Allergen Clean down validation: We validate our cleaning procedures through rapid and quantitative swabs, both before and after cleaning. These swabs are sent to an external UKAS-accredited lab for thorough analysis. 6.    Spillage Preparedness: We have spillage procedures in place, complete with spillage cleaning kits. During Coeliac Awareness Month we want to highlight that all our gluten free biscuits and cookies are manufactured to the highest standards, and at Biscuit International UK, quality and safety are our top priorities!
