INTERNAL EVENTS TO ENHANCE DYNAMICS AND COHESION
Internal events are regularly organised in every site, to enable employees to get up-to-date company insights and to network with other colleagues. These events include: - "All Staff Meetings" to find out about latest figures, news and perspectives - "Fast & Curious" sessions where employees showcase their projects, innovations, initiatives - Breakfast get-togethers to celebrate for instance the International Women's Day
SPORTS FOR FUN TOGETHER
We encourage and support a number of sports initiatives that allow people and teams to know each other better and have fun together, outside the office. Corrida Pédestre, VéloTour, Ruée des Fadas, B2Run, Marseille-Cassis run, Treasure hunts... are just a few examples of events in which brave CIMPA teams take part !
