[#CSR] 🌳 Our interns collaborated with New York Cares on a community engagement project at Hancock Park in Harlem, New York City. They contributed to the beautification of the space by planting trees and shrubbery, removing trash and pulling weeds, and landscaping to prepare the park for community usage. This provided our interns with the opportunity to step off the desk and help the local community. We were grateful for the opportunity to work with New York Cares, an organisation that provides year-round volunteer opportunities for New York-based companies and local residents in areas such as education; hunger and homelessness; health and wellness for seniors/vulnerable groups; and caring for public parks, community gardens, and green spaces.   This was the second annual internship event with New York Cares, as we look forward to continuing our partnership with the non-profit organisation for the betterment of the local community!

[#DEAL] 🤝 We are pleased to have acted as Financial Advisor, Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner of the €237m rights issue that was successfully completed by Clariane, the leading European community for care in times of vulnerability, and gathered almost €400m total demand. This offering is part of the overall financial structure strengthening plan announced in November 2023. 👏 Congrats and thanks to Clariane management for its trust and to all the teams that were involved.

[#DEAL] 🤝 VTG successfully closes € 730m US Private Placement (USPP) to refinance existing debt and finance the expansion of its railcar fleet. Our team acted as Rating Advisor and co-Placement Agent (alongside CIBC) for this new landmark transaction for VTG in the context of the refinancing of an existing €530m term loan maturing next year and outstandings under a capex facility. 📊 We supported VTG in order to obtain an affirmation of its current BBB rating in the context of its #capital expenditure plans in the next four-to-five years. The USPP transaction - 4 years after VTG’s €746m issuance in 2020, which we also co-led, - has been warmly welcomed by USPP investors and has been more than 2 times oversubscribed. It confirms strong appetite from investors for the #rail sector, which demonstrated its resilience over time and sustainability. The goal of this event is to offer different companies an experience outside of their workplace, where they can connect and bond as a team. This #teambuilding event is structured into a race portion and a more entertaining part, where contestants can eat and have fun. [#Hackathon] API's Days 2024: A successful Hackathon for our developers! 💻 More than 300 employees from our #IT teams in Paris, Singapore and London took part in a code challenge over 2 days and one night, in a friendly atmosphere, combining vision, functional and technical expertise, not forgetting the clear desire to continue transforming our Bank. Their mission? 🎯 To develop our next APIs and create the best digital solutions for our customers, partners and employees. The challenge was met, with 122 new APIs processed during the event, many of which will go live in the next few days! Thanks to our #API platform developed for market finance businesses, we can simplify and accelerate access to the Bank's data and services, while complying with quality and security standards. The event, held with the participation of our partner business units, demonstrated that beyond the technical benefits, the API approach makes it possible to deploy a culture and a way of thinking about the information system that is agile and closely aligned with business challenges.
