ESCP Business School was founded in 1819. The School has chosen to teach responsible leadership, open to the world and based on European multiculturalism. Six campuses in Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris, Turin and Warsaw are the stepping stones that allow students to experience this European approach to management. Several generations of entrepreneurs and managers were thus trained in the firm belief that the business world may feed society in a positive way. This conviction and ESCP’s values - excellence, singularity, creativity and plurality - daily guide our mission and build its pedagogical vision. Every year, ESCP welcomes 10000+ students and 6000 managers from 135 different nationalities. Its strength lies in its many business training programmes, both general and specialised (Bachelor, Master, MBA, Executive MBA, PhD and Executive Education), all of which include a multi-campus experience. ESCP is a multi-accredited business school with: 3 international accreditations: AACSB, EQUIS, EFMD Programme (MBA/EMBA), 5 national accreditations: ACQUIN (Germany), ANECA (Spain), QAA & Office for Students (U.-K.), CEFDG (France), recognised as a Foreign University in Italy by the Italian Ministry of Higher Education & Research. ESCP is also the first business school to become a full European University Association (EUA) member. Are you interested in staying up-to-date on all the happenings at ESCP? #REAix Economic Forum 2024: Is it still possible to reconcile worlds... when societies are fracturing, and conflict continues in so many countries around us? A look back at this important two-day reunion, July 5 & 6 in Aix-en-Provence, South of France, where Le Cercle des économistes brougth together over 380 high-profile leaders from diverse backgrounds worldwide, tackling major economic, political, and social challenges in an attempt to "Connect the worlds, towards reconciliation". This 24th edition's theme was particularly resonant as, following the European Parliament, diverse national assemblies in Europe and beyond are reinventing themselves. Alexandre Lederman, ESCP Director for Public Relations (who already in 1999, author of "Le capital du coeur" supported the idea of an alliance between entrepreneurs, excluded people and creators), represented ESCP Business School, along with Caroline AUBERT and many ESCP Alumni and ESCP Foundation members highly committed to these urgent transformations. They actively participated in three discussion themes particularly relevant to #ESCP Dean Leon Laulusa's priorities: 🗣 Listening to youth, restoring their hope and confidence 👥 Involving seniors to build intergenerational projects 🌍 Intensifying exchanges with Europe and Africa, sources of investment opportunities to create a fairer and more balanced world. These three themes were extracted from five identified areas of reflection to propose solutions that reconnect worlds and people: ➡ Shared #vision ( 🙏 Jacques Attali 🙏 Arnaud de Puyfontaine) ➡ Strengthened #solidarity ( 🙏 Élisabeth Moreno 🙏 Sophie Cluzel 🙏 Anne SYLVERE) ➡ Encouraged #innovation( 🙏 Nicolas Dufourcq 🙏 Bertrand Dumazy) ➡ Easier access to #knowledge ( 🙏 Pascal Morand our former ESCP Dean 😉 🙏 Sophie Bellon 🙏 Laure Delahousse) ➡ And, last but not least, #cooperation ( 🙏 Dominique Restino 🙏 Arnaud Vaissié). The involvement of our school in these debates underscores the crucial role of educational institutions in shaping future leaders, accountable, bold and creative, and contributing to global problem-solving. We renew our sincere thanks to our estemeed #ESCPFellows: Jean-Hervé Lorenzi, Marie Castaing and Frédéric Duponchel 😊 https://lnkd.in/e5FTkjp5

Student spotlight 🔎 Master student and recent Dean's Award recipient Yacine Cherraoui sees his bachelor's degree in Chemistry as a strong foundation for his journey into the world of sustainability entrepreneurship. “Chemistry, as the study of matter, holds a central position in science by establishing the groundwork for understanding different scientific fields. I believe that a background in chemistry has sharpened my analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, all of which are crucial for addressing complex challenges in sustainability and entrepreneurship.” Yacine then found it fitting to complement this scientific background with a business degree. “I chose to study a degree at the intersection of sustainability and entrepreneurship to equip myself with the business acumen needed to create and develop new ventures that are technically and financially viable while having a net positive impact on both the natural environment and society.” Read more about Yacine’s experiences at ESCP and in the Master in Sustainability Entrepreneurship and Innovation: https://lnkd.in/eNBFTF28 #BusinessSchool #Innovation #Entrepreneurship #Sustainability #Chemistry DFH-UFA
