Running through Paris at night, on a route which celebrates the heritage and history of France. 🗼  Many have dreamed of it, three colleagues coming from #Tunisia 🇹🇳, #Switzerland 🇨🇭 or #France 🇫🇷 did it!   Yesterday, amateur athletes took on an original course in a general public running event. Starting the route at the Hôtel de Ville, finishing it at the Invalides, this was both an exclusive experience and a technical challenge. ODDO BHF Corporate Finance acted as sole financial advisor to BASTIDE LE CONFORT MEDICAL, a listed family-owned company, for its new €375m debt financing. ⬇️ Bastide is a European multi-specialist in home healthcare services, leader in France in homecare and with strong positions in home medical assistance, with more than €500m revenues. The new financing, placed to both banks and institutional investors, will enable the company to refinance its existing debt in a single syndicated loan and finance its growth and general corporate purposes. ODDO BHF zu Gast bei Audemars Piguet in Hamburg ⬇️ In der vergangenen Woche trafen sich im Rahmen der Ladies Bank Initiative auf Einladung von der Niederlassung Hamburg und Audemars Piguet 30 uhrenbegeisterte Unternehmerinnen im exklusiven AP House Hamburg am Neuen Wall und genossen bei strahlendem Sonnenschein den herrlichen Blick über die Alster. Audemars Piguet nahm die Gäste mit auf eine Reise durch die faszinierende Welt der Schweizer Uhrmacherkunst, einem über Generationen hinweg gepflegtem Präzisionshandwerk. ODDO BHF at the Golf & Country Club de Bonmont for a Good Cause ⬇️ In June, ODDO BHF had the pleasure of participating in the traditional CANGOLF tournament at the Bonmont Golf Club in Chéserex, playing alongside FLY 7. This event was organized to support CANSEARCH Foundation, a foundation dedicated to pediatric cancer research. Over 100 players joined the tournament, combining their love for golf with the important mission of supporting scientific research. Through registrations and a well-supported tombola, more than CHF 14,000 were raised for this noble cause. ODDO BHF zu Gast bei der Gerstacker Weinkellerei Likörfabrik GmbH ⬇️ Vergangene Woche hatte die Niederlassung Nürnberg zu einer gemeinsamen Veranstaltung mit der Inhaberfamilie Gerstacker in deren Likörfabrik eingeladen. Nach einer Begrüßung durch den Niederlassungsleiter Christian Lutra sowie die Inhaber der Weinkellerei Stefanie Gerstacker und Jörg Töller gab Kai Franke einen Ausblick auf die Kapitalmärkte. When high-level athletes and para-athletes inspire our teams ⬇️ At ODDO BHF, we proudly support young athletes and para-athletes from France, Germany, and Tunisia, regularly engaging with them to share their stories and experiences. Over the past few months, our teams have experienced some unforgettable moments by connecting with these exceptional athletes across our various locations: ➡️ In February, Johannes Floors (para-athletics) shared his personal journey and insights on inclusivity in sports during a conference in our Frankfurt office. ➡️ Also in February, Coline Devillard (artistic gymnastics) took part to a Pilates session alongside our Parisian colleagues. ➡️ In April, our German colleagues in Frankfurt enjoyed a muscle wake-up and yoga session with Isabel Gose (swimming) and our colleague Colleen Schüller. ➡️ In May, our Tunisian colleagues had a blast testing their sports knowledge in a fun game party with Khalil Jendoubi (taekwondo). ➡️ In July, Sina Frei (mountain biking) visited our Zurich office, and shared her inspiring journey in mountain biking during a conference hosted by our Swiss branch CEO Martin Liebi. This partnership has been a tremendous success, helping our teams build strong connections with these athletes and para-athletes.
